ENROLMENT PROCESS

At Kornkaew, we offer flexible start dates within our two-term academic year—beginning in May, or November. Applications are welcome up to one year in advance of your chosen start date, ensuring ample time to prepare and plan.

1. ONLINE PRIVATE TOUR

Before applying, all families must have completed an online private tour via ZOOM. This visit helps prospective parents and students understand our environment, curriculum, and ethos, enabling you to make an informed decision.

2. APPLICATION INITIATION

Once you have chosen your preferred starting term, please contact us via Line: @kornkaew or email: admissions@kornkaew.com. Our admissions team will then send you our Terms and Conditions. After reviewing, kindly sign and return them, and proceed to purchase the online application form (THB 2,000).

3. ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Following your purchase, we will provide the online application form and a list of required supporting documents. Once you have submitted the form and accompanying documents, your application will be processed. Due to limited spaces, shortlisted applicants will be notified.

4. CHILD ASSESSMENT & PARENT INTERVIEW

If shortlisted, your child will be scheduled for an assessment (both inside and outside the classroom) to evaluate readiness, developmental areas, personality, and character. On the same day, there will be a parent interview session to ensure alignment of values between home and school. The assessment and interview session fee is THB 3,000.

5. OFFER LETTER & ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Families who pass the assessment and interview will receive an offer letter, an invoice for school fees, and detailed information to help them prepare for the start of term.

6. TRANSITION PROGRAMME

All new students must attend our Transition Programme, which runs during the school holidays for approximately four weeks (one month). This programme eases students into their new environment, familiarises them with their teachers and classmates, adjusts their daily routines, and helps them understand classroom rules and expectations. It is designed to ensure that your child begins their journey at KIMS feeling comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.
