1. Booking and payment

1. A booking is confirmed once we have checked your payment slip. We tell you on LINE.
2. We hold your place for 24 hours after you book. If no payment slip reaches us in that time, the place goes back on sale.
3. Prices are as shown when you book. Member prices apply only to families who are members of the school.

2. Cancelling

Paid bookings are not refunded. If you can no longer come, you can move a day instead (see section 3).

3. Moving a day

1. If your child is ill, tell us on LINE before that day’s session starts. We will move the day.
2. For any other reason (a holiday or an appointment, for example), tell us on LINE at least 48 hours before the day.
3. The new day must be on the same course, within 30 days of the day you miss, and needs a place to be free.
4. A day missed without telling us in time cannot be moved.

4. If we have to close

If we close on a day you booked (for example, because of bad weather, haze, illness or a holiday), we will offer you another day of the same course. If none suits you, we will refund that day.

5. Health and safety

1. Please keep your child at home if they are unwell. A child with a temperature of 37.5°C or above, or who shows signs of illness, will be asked to go home.
2. If your child is hurt, trained staff give first aid and we tell you straight away. Serious cases go to hospital.
3. Please tell us about any medical needs or allergies when you book, and keep them up to date.

6. Who looks after your child

1. Courses where a parent stays (for example, Playgroup and Creative Play Space): an adult from your family stays on site for the whole session and supervises your child throughout.
2. Courses where children are dropped off (for example, Extended Programme and events): our staff supervise throughout. Your child goes home only with an adult named on your family profile.

7. Conduct

1. Please follow the school’s rules and the guidance of our staff. They keep every child, family and member of staff safe and respected.
2. You are responsible for the conduct of your child, your family and anyone in your care while on school premises.
3. Parents may not take photos or videos on school premises.
4. After serious or repeated conduct affecting the safety or wellbeing of children, families or staff, the school may decline future bookings. If so, we will give you reasonable notice.

8. Your information

1. We keep your family’s details to run your booking and to contact you, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not share them with anyone outside the school.
2. Photos and videos of your child are a separate question, which you answer yes or no when you book.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will ask you to agree again at your next booking.
